Add a $20.00 Surcharge per person for payments received after September 24, 2010

Groups should download the Group Registration Application, complete it and email it to Pam Kemper at pam.kemper@nebraska.gov or fax it to attn: Pam Kemper at 402-471-3339. An invoice will be emailed to your point of contact with instructions for payment.
Please note: If paying when checking in at the registration table, only checks or cash in the exact amount can be accepted and the $20 surcharge will apply.
Dinner Buffet Tickets
A Dinner Buffet will take place from 6 to 7 p.m. on the first night immediately following the Exhibitor.s Reception. Dinner Tickets are $23.00 each. The dinner buffet will include an entr�e, salad, 2 sides, dinner rolls, dessert, tea and coffee. A cash bar will also be available. You must have a dinner ticket to attend. It is not included in the registration.

The Holiday Inn-Downtown is located in Lincoln's Historic Haymarket District with a variety of eating establishments within walking distance. The hotel was recently completely renovated and has a restaurant on the premises.
Parking
The hotel has a parking garage, but parking is NOT included inthe room rate. Hotel parking is $7.00 per day.
For non-room guests, if the garage is not full, parking is available at $3.00 for the first hour; and $1.00 for each additional hour; however, the maximum charge per day is $7.00. Other parking garages are nearby and charge similar rates. Check out the parking links at Lincoln Links.
Primary Speakers and Panel Leaders
Any member of your organization who will be a primary speaker or panel leader at the conference receives a full complimentary registration. Co-presenters and co-panelists (up to 3) receive the Day Pass rate.
